The delivery scan says one thing and you say another, and when those two disagree the customer is the one who was actually standing there. Nadya, you are right. Your order took twenty nine days to reach you, and while you were waiting our system was cheerfully asking you to review something you did not have. That is a bad look and it is our fault, not the courier's. The parcel was delivered on 24 August. Sandra, it took five and a half days for anyone here to give you a real answer, and when it came it was a single line that explained nothing. Whatever the answer was going to be, that is not how we should treat someone who opens a product and finds a problem with it. I would rather go through this with you properly than in a review thread. Kristy, you were right and we were slow. The oil never went into the box, and the money for it came back to you through your card company rather than from us, which is the wrong way round. You told us on 10 August and nobody from our side wrote back to you at all. That is on us. The parcel also took far longer than it should have. Your order was dispatched, but that means nothing if it never reached you, and you should not have had to chase us for an answer. Please reply to your order confirmation email and mark it URGENT: we will resend the order or refund it in full, whichever you prefer. If you already wrote and got nothing back, tell us roughly when, so we can find where your message was lost on our side.

Hi, this went wrong twice: the order sat unshipped, and then we offered you a choice between expediting it and a full refund and delivered neither. We are not going to ask you to wait again. Reply to your order confirmation email with the word REFUND and we will return your money in full, no conditions. If you would still rather have the item, say so and we will tell you honestly whether we can get it to you before we ship anything.

Hi Rosa, you are right to be angry. Your order was dispatched in July, and if it never reached you then the parcel is gone and that is our problem to solve, not yours. We do not run a phone line, which is why your call went nowhere, and we should make that far clearer than we do. Email reaches a real person here: reply to your order confirmation email and we will refund you in full or send the order again, whichever you prefer. And you should never have been asked to review an order that never arrived. That request was wrong and we are fixing it.

Su pedido salió de nuestro almacén, pero si nunca llegó a su casa, el paquete se ha perdido y eso lo resolvemos nosotros, no usted.
