BeautanceReviews of beautance.com

Very easy to use and had fair customer reviews.

The pricing is competitive, even with Valentine Day's discount is one of the best one can find online in the beginning of 2017. It's difficult to extract the needed information and compare multiple electrical toothbrushes marked with different series from the same German brand Broun. The product description is missing a very important spec of this product that it's 110/220 v electrical device. Which will allow world travelers to plugin only a local plug adapter and use the charger without the need of voltage converter.

Very good prices

I love it. Great thing. Great prices I will definitely shop here again

Checkout was very quick and easy

Great prices!

I had a question regarding my purchase and never received a return email, even though the site states they will return with an answer in an hour. The toll free customer service number is a cell phone that no one ever answers. Of course, I did not receive a return call. The product I bought was labeled as new in original box. This was very misleading because when I received my product it had been opened and stickers had been removed from the product. There were visible fingerprints on the product as well. They advertise 100% satisfaction guaranteed, but that's a joke. I feel this company is a total scam. Lesson learned, cheaper isn't always better.

Easy shopping experience. Would have been nice to have an order summary on the payment confirmation page.
