Sent me wrong item and never answering my calls. I was trying to contact them 20-25 times, no answer. They know what they are doing and therefore they simply do not respond. Customer Service is the face of the company. If the service is dishonest, it means the company is satisfied with this deception. ----- If you want to keep your money and nerves, stay away from Beautance.com.

I never received the item I ordered. They did not even have the decency to let me know that they canceled my order. The operator was rude when I called them. This is not a good company.

I purchased Eminence Stone crop hydrating mist for their advertised price on the internet of $28. Now they have raised the price to $50 which is way above retail and cancelled my order without any communication at all. Bad business in my opinion.

Product expired 3 years ago! Refused to allow return. Had to contact credit card fraud department.
