Placing my order was quite simple. The website was user friendly. However, I just placed my order and gave it 3 stars in light of the fact that I havent experienced the deliver time.

It was easy to place the order & the price was fair however I emailed with a question prior to my purchase and the response I got was Quite short and came across rude!

why U have shipment fee

The price on the Sonicare was the best on the web but the CUstomer Service number went right to a voicemail. They advertise that they have 83 people working there. A CS person should be available to answer the line.

My credit card was not accepted due to putting the wrong zip code. I was sent an e-mail specifying that it did not go through. I went to the webstite to try and fix it, but there was no way to do so. So, I replied to the e-mail I was sent, and it was not responded to. After days of waiting, I just decided to re-order. Prior to this issue, the shopping experience, the experience was pleasant and seamless. Hope the product comes soon and I can continue my business.
