Served by an amazing woman named Maggie
I was served by someone named Maggie, amazing service. Very straight to the point, not abrupt tho. Maggie has no clue she just helped me gain access to my catalogue of lyrics which were saved in BeatStars. I’m a professional recording artist and I haven’t been able to access them since 2023. It’s a great time now.

Beatstars is great!
Beatstars has been and is staying for me the reference store for selling and buying beats, loops, drum kits and more, the catalogue is huge! I've always felt that the user interface was great, on desktop and android too. The support team is very reactive and helpful so yeah, I really like Beatstars

Beatstars just wants producers to pay…
Beatstars just wants producers to pay for uploading beats and promotion that don't get sales. If you look at the reviews on trustpilot nobody is saying they have made sales. They're only saying the platform is great because you can upload beats or distribute them which both are worthless to do without sales. I make the best beats in the world so this proves nobody buys beats.

Hi Varshawn, I'm sorry to hear that you feel this way. BeatStars is designed to provide a platform for producers to showcase their work, connect with buyers, and grow their brands. While sales are never guaranteed, many producers have found success through strategic marketing, networking, and optimizing their profiles. If you're experiencing difficulties with sales, we'd be happy to provide some guidance on best practices for increasing visibility and engagement on the platform. Let us know if you'd like any tips or strategies that could help!

Feedback on Customer Service and Payment Option Suggestion for BeatStars
I would like to highlight Maggie's excellent service, always attentive and efficient in her responses. I would also like to share a suggestion I made to her: it would be great if BeatStars could offer more payment options beyond PayPal. I believe this change would benefit many producers, like myself, who have faced issues with this payment platform.

Your suggestion about offering more payment options is greatly appreciated. This is an area that we are all diving into at BeatStars to provide more options for buyers and sellers. If you have any further feedback or suggestions, don’t hesitate to let us know by submitting feature requests here https://requests.beatstars.com We’re always looking for ways to improve! 😊

Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever! I was told I would be paid for training to review songs. I did as I was told with no idea what I was even doing and never got paid I just got blocked by costumer service and I now have no idea what I even did or what’s going on and I can’t speak to anyone or delete my account.
