The site has always been sluggish, but since recent updates, this has worsened tenfold. Links are broken, or inactive and there seems to be loads of coding issues. 106 errors, 28 warnings on one page alone. It takes several minutes for a single page to load, and tracks don't play when clicked. I can't even access my shopping cart to make a purchase. It is almost completely unusable. I consider the site, broken and in need of urgent repair. As a subscriber, I am considering putting my money elsewhere. I am not getting anywhere near value for money.

Que des problèmes avec ce site ! J'ai acheté de nombreuses fois des musiques, et il est impossible de les télécharger. Le support dit qu'il a réglé le problème alors qu'il a simplement supprimé ma musique ! Qui plus est le site est d'une lenteur folle... Je ne le conseille à personne !

Ich habe selten so eine lahme Website gesehen. über 30 Sekunden um eine Suchanfrage zu laden?? Ein NoGo, dafür ist mir meine Zeit zu wertvoll. Zudem habe ich 2 weitere Probleme mit der Website: Es kommt nach dem Kauf immer eine Fehlermeldung, dass das Bezahlen nicht funktioniert hat. Die Tracks können dann trotzdem über das Menü heruntergeladen werden. Und auch die Zahlung wurde abgebucht. Trotzdem nervig und beim ersten mal ist mir das Herz in die Hose gerutscht, weil der Warenkorb plötzlich leer war und ich dachte meine tracks wären futsch... 2.Problem: ich bekomme seit ca. 6 Monaten keinerlei emails mehr von beatport. Auch keine Rechnungen nach Käufen. Ich habe bestimmt 8 mal den support wegen der beiden Probleme angeschrieben. Jedes mal dasselbe: Das Techniker Team wird sich darum kümmern.... nix ist passiert. bis heute nicht. Deshalb werde ich nun zu einer anderen Plattform wechseln. Beatport ist leider nicht mehr zu empfehlen!

All my once originally bought tracks. Gone.. And they told me that if they were there, I would need a subscription to re-download them. Crappy and shady business.

They need to change their system that is running the hype services. Every week they are constantly duplicating same releases for sometimes more than 3 weeks. Hype seem like a scam for low budget labels that are just trying to get some recognition. Please fix this issue!

I see nothing has changed with the site in terms of how it runs. Still very slow with my library not loading right away, which causes the site to freeze until it does. Now trying to buy tracks are a game of 50/50. I can buy tracks some times and the other times my transaction is declined. SORT YOUR WEB SITE OUT BEATPORT

I bought a song. And everything was fine without problems. I think the bad reviews are because of who subscribes. In my opinion, if you only want to buy a few songs, especially through PayPal, I don't think there are any problems.
