First purchase was a 9mm conversion barrel for my Glock 23, would noy even fit in the slide properly. Sent it back. Second attempt was for AR BUIS, the front sights were so far off they would not adjust enough to compensate, and the adjustment mechanism was EXTREMELY difficult to turn, even with a special sight tool. That's two strikes and I'm done with them. They may be good at some stuff but if they can't get these basic things right I won't be trying any of their main products.

I wanted to like Bear Creek Arsenal because they offer a wide selection of products at competitive prices. Unfortunately, my experience left me disappointed. The product I received had reliability issues, and while mechanical problems can happen with any manufacturer, what really influenced my opinion was the customer service experience. I did not feel that my concerns were handled in a way that gave me confidence in the company or its commitment to standing behind its products. Because of this experience, I’ll be looking at other manufacturers for future purchases. There are a lot of options on the market, and customer service is just as important to me as product quality. I hope Bear Creek Arsenal continues to improve its quality control and customer support, as I believe those changes would make a significant difference for future customers.

A barrel shouldn’t require a gunsmith, chamber cleaning, and a prayer to survive its first range trip. Unfortunately, mine did. My 16” 6mm ARC barrel arrived with what appeared to be rust and corrosion in the chamber and barrel/rifling. It wouldn’t chamber rounds properly and damaged ammunition during chambering. BCA did offer a return label and refund, but would not cover any of the additional costs caused by the defective barrel. I gave them multiple opportunities to make it right short of a refund, but we couldn’t come to an agreement. Unfortunately, this experience ended my business with BCA. While I had a number of issues and returns with my BC-202, they were generally quite easy to work with and wanted the customer happy.

I have had the Bca 350 legend for 3 years have never cleaned it and have hot around 1500 rounds out of it left it in the rain dropped it out of my utv and steel shuts like a new one thanks BCA

I've ordered twice from them and its my last time no more lies. I paid almost 30 dollars for 2 day flat rate fast shipping on both items I bought first one took over a week to get shipped amd then another 10 days before I finally received the package. I paid a premium price for fast shipping marked Cleary 2 days from date received. Not 10 days or 12 days later . It's a bold faced lie and im sick of it . Then when I asked about it I get a smart ass reaction from u . OK Good job u just lost another customer. If I could give u -5 I would u are not honest and dont care about customers. Also gonna be filling a claim with my bank involved want the money back I did not receive what I paid for I was scammed
