Placed an order. Received a notification it would ship the following week. It didn't ship so I reached out to cancel my order. I was then told it had already shipped and it was impossible to cancel. I asked if they could send me tracking or start the process of return. i received no info back. Reached out via IG to have my messages seen but not responded too. My comments on their IG posts deleted.Only to check their website to see a banner that nothing is shipping until the end of March. Very shotty customer service all around. At this point I cant even find an actual photograph of their product outside renders and photoshop to prove it even exists. I just want to cancel my order. EDIT: I reached out to the CEO on LinkedIn and he was very apologetic and accommodating and cancelled my order quickly without any further hassle. He decided to change the company name here and keep gaslighting people about their products and how it works. This is one of those situations where a company is so poorly run it might even border on criminality. He even reached out to me directly to ask me to change my review so he wouldn't look as bad. The guy is not only publicly lying in the comments here, but is encouraging others to do the same on his behalf to cover up his own inability to run a company. THE ONLY GOOD REVIEWS ARE PAID FOR. look at the accounts a lot of short lived accounts that only offer very positive and vague reviews on other products. Keep your money, there's 30 other companies who make this exact product that will actually ship it you. The company is called Bear Balanced. they changed their name on here to escape the bad reviews

Per the other review. I made my purchase. Didn’t hear anything for weeks. Finally get a tracking number. When I check the tracking number, it says post office is waiting to receive package. It’s a scam. Don’t give them your money.

After waiting three weeks for a shipping confirmation I emailed the company. Two days later they said I would have my shipping tracking number by weeks end. The end of the week came and went and still Jo tracking number. I emailed them again (we are now 4 weeks in) magically I received end a tracking number. Today is the beginning of week 5 so I checked tracking with USPS only to find out the company never delivered the product to the post office. I had to threaten them with a chargeback to get a refund. Bearbalance.com reply was another lie. They never sent me anything. They told they would but that never happened. Goods news for is I have proof of my statement. Only after threatening to file a chargeback did they refund me for the product they never sent me.
