IF ONLY I COULD ISSUE ZERO STARS... Order 2018124 - placed on January 23, 2023, with an estimated ship date of February 1. I received an order update on March 23, 2023, stating that they were having production issues and that I could wait for my order and keep my place in the queue (no action required) or receive an immediate refund. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I kept my order active but haven't received a single response to my follow-ups. It's now June 9 - SIX MONTHS LATER - and I have not received my order. W.T.F? To add insult to injury, Bear Balanced refuted my claim that I never received my order and threatened to have my review removed from TrustPilot. "bearbalanced.com has flagged your review because they don’t think it’s based on a genuine experience. To keep your review online, we need to ask for your help."

SCAM. I ordered this product 4/15/2023 and have yet to receive my product. I have sent an email requesting a refund and have not received a response. Will be reporting to BBB given several people have complained of the same issue. Order #2020341

Do not buy! I have been waiting for a refund for an order I never received since March. I’ve emailed, called every number I can find, and I have yet to get a returned message. This is a total scam that basically stole $50 from me. Edit on June 14, 2023: You’ll see a reply below that they shipped my order. It only happened after multiple message on instagram and a negative review here. So if you want to get your order or any response, just leave a one star review and you’ll be good.

Ordered creatine gummies in December of 2022 and was told my order would be here before Christmas. After weeks of waiting I reached out and expressed my concern and was told my order would be shipped soon. After another month of waiting I was sent an update letting me know yet again my order would be shipped soon, but if I wanted, I could opt out and receive a refund. I opted out after a couple more months of waiting and never received my product nor my refund. Completely unprofessional and unethical. Cannot believe this is a business. Order #14158

This is a scam. I ordered on Jan. 1, 2023. Was given a shipping number and another one at the end of January 2023. Sent an email requesting information and got a vague “we are shipping soon and you’ll lose your offer.” Finally had the sense to dispute the charge and my bank agreed that they are a fraudulent company. Do not order from them. Edit: I find it interesting that they NEVER responded to my emails or requests for more information (and an eventual refund), but now that this review has been posted, they want more information. My order number is 2015657. The shipment information was fraudulent as well.

Ordered gummies on May 2 and paid extra for next day delivery. No tracking number, says it was partly shipped but I have not received anything 21 days later. Have left email and phone messages but no one has contacted me. I ordered 3 bags in my order #2020852. Very disappointed.

I am writing this review to warn others about my unfortunate experience with this company. I placed an order in mid-December and was provided with a fake tracking number that never showed any updates. When I requested an update at the end of January, they simply provided me with another tracking number that also failed to update. Frustrated with the situation, I decided to report this scam to Shopify and thankfully managed to get a refund. I strongly advise against purchasing from this company. Please be cautious and avoid them.

Ordered November 1st, 2022 and still have not received and order and multiple requests for a refund have been ignored. Reporting the company to BBB. Total scam. Order #13745 After posting this review I finally received my product 7 months after I ordered it. At 7 months late it really doesn’t matter what the product it like, the service was so terrible I would never recommend the company or use it again.
