Fake! I placed an order 2018015 in February. I have not received the order!!!! I have not received a refund. Now I’m getting marketing emails. Do not buy Bear Balanced créatine gummies!!! Since I placed and paid for this order above 8 months ago I got a new job and moved to another state. This again proves this company is Fake! The tracking number is shipping to a wrong address. I doubt a product is even shipping. Order number 2018015 will not be received because this is Fake!!!!! Just an update for anyone interested in Bear balance gummies. They do not exist this is fake. DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT! I never received my pre-order. I placed a order 11/6/22 still never got it. They stated that there orders were delayed during production. I was offered a refund. But never contacted after that. I think they just hope I don't contact them again and they can keep my 85$.They said it shipped multiple times but never got it. I wouldn't take it now if it was free or they paid me. Unfortunately, there credibility is shot. Keep you money.

I never received my product I ordered 8 months ago. They sent an email saying they had supply chain issues and they would be mailing soon. Now, 8 months later there is a new ad campaign advertising their new and improved product. Scam company. Doesn’t actually deliver. Keeps your money. They email from a fake email address you can’t reply to. There is no contact info on their website. They deleted their Facebook page.

I haven't received my order yet & I would like to cancel it. This is the 2nd time I have paid for an order & didn't receive it. I even paid extra for the shipping insurance.

Never delivered, no response to multiple attempts at contact. Had to dispute the charge. Should have checked Trust Pilot and BBB first. Update: Interesting and dishonest reply below. The credit card company disputed the charge and refunded my money. Shop showed the order canceled by Bear Balanced after that. The Bear Balanced website shows the order restocked, not delivered. If these guys spent even a small percentage of the time answering their customers and actually delivering orders as they do providing misleading responses to TP and the BBB they would be a world better. Don’t trust them. And to Bear Balanced latest reply: That’s the email I sent my first three notes to that you didn’t bother to answer. No longer interested.

I placed my order approx. 3 wks ago and have left them several emails and have yet to receive a response. I also called their given contact # 657-229-1405 and received an automated message that says the # you've called is for a google subscriber. That's pretty suspicious. Even if their product is good, the lack of follow-up and response to orders is unacceptable and I'm sure there's lot's of companies out there that have just as good, if not better product. My mistake for not seeing their poor reviews before placing my order.

I ordered 3 bags of these gummies first week of May. I knew they were a preorder but I wasn’t skeptical about because I had previously ordered one bag from the company a year earlier. Waited, waited, waited. Saw their website said it was back in stock but nothing from the company. I emailed 3 different email addresses and tried to cancel order but no response. Finally filed a charge back on my credit card then 2 weeks later got my package in the mail even though I didn’t get any shipping notification or tracking number. Never ordering from them again. Beware!

Do not order!! This company has a reputation of STEALING people's money and not delivering their product. Ordered mid June and no shipping info or response to emails. A dispute has been filed with PayPal. Update: Bearbalance finally delivered their product a full month after order. I absolutely believe that they would not have completed the transaction if I had not filed a case with PayPal. Prior to the case they would not respond to emails regarding delivery. A customer should not have to jump through hoops to get a product they have already purchased. Bear Balance definitely needs to show some company responsibility. Update on the update: bear balance wanted this review taken down. I simply supplied Trust pilot with documents showing date of purchase, attempted email correspondence, and dispute case filed with PayPal. Nothing in my review is false or embellished.
