Customer service appears to be non-existent. I've tried the only two contact methods with no response.

This company is criminally negligent in fulfilling orders, does not respond to attempts to get ahold of them, and changes their customer service contact info I can only assume to intentionally dodge upset customers. I placed an order in November, a year ago, that I still haven't received, all while they continue to advertise and send emails encouraging me to buy more of their product. In January I received first one tracking number, then a different one, which continue to reflect that the order has not been delivered a year after ordering. Multiple attempts to contact the company through their stated "customer service" emails have received no reply. Update: after nearly a year of no shipment and no responses from customer service, it only took a week or two after posting my experience online for them to ship my order. Somewhere down the line since I ordered their product, they have changed their formulation from the more bioavailable creatine hydrochloride to the typical creatine monohydrate, which means it is less supply than ordered as you need to take 5 gummies per day to get the recommended 5 grams

Ordered creatine gummies. Received an email that their was a backlog in orders. Almost a year later and I have never received my order. Additionally, they are impossible to get a hold of and it's too late to get a return through my CC. Terrible company that will steal your money.. as validated by all of the other complaints.

I ordered the creatine gummies in May of 2023. After numerous emails notifying me of back orders and delayed release, I requested a refund and received no response. It seems like a scam because they're sending me ongoing marketing emails with no response to my cancelation request. My order still shows shipping in process with the order stuck in Daytona and has for nearly 6 months!

This company has the worst customer service. I ordered from them and never received my order. I have emailed them and tried to contact them but I have not received anything from them. There is no place to leave reviews. This place is a rip off and they don’t care about the customer.

I pre-ordered 2 bags of creatine gummies from Bear Balanced about 2 months before it was available and paid for them fully. I was emailed that my order had been shipped in July 2023 and it’s now middle of September and I still haven’t received my order. I have tried contacting the company in multiple ways to either deliver the products I paid for or refund my money without any success.

My pre-order #13356 that was placed in October of 2022 was never shipped. I received multiple shipping notifications and reached out to the company multiple times. They apologized siting production delays and promised to ship. I still have not received my order, and no one will reply to my e-mails anymore. They delete my comments on instagram and won't reply to my direct messages. I have since changed addresses so even if they do reply here, it will need to be shipped to a different location. I'm so fed up!! I was robbed of $65.

Order #2022140 if you would like screenshots of all of my emails to several different email addresses I’d be happy to send those, as well, including the messages I sent over LinkedIn, my review on the BBB and Bear Balance’s response of reporting to be out of business and my call log calling the customer service number Bear Balance has listed that’s actually a fake number. There was no conversation. It was simply one sided until I filed a dispute on the charge and posted these reviews and they only have the nerve to respond with lies to the reviews. Still can’t email me back. UPDATE: they did not deliver my order and how rude to consistently not reply to any of my emails and claim to deliver something over a month after ordering but actually did not. These people do not respond. This is a scam. I have not received my order at all. This was two months ago that I placed my order and have emailed more than 20 times and have gotten one response asking for more information and then they stopped. Terrible company. I will not stop fighting for my money back.
