They relentlessly spam me with texts…
They relentlessly spam me with texts from constantly cuanging marketing phone numbers. The product was mediocre, but absolutely not worth the 2+ years of spam I've continued to get since ending my subscription. The gummies melted together in a big sticky mess.

Two years of marketing texts after you ended your subscription, from numbers that keep changing, is not okay, and it is the opposite of how a customer who has moved on should be treated. I love the product
I love the product, but honestly, your customer service may be the worst of any consumer product I have ever purchased. And this is based on at least 4-5 interactions with your team. Unfortunately, your fulfillment center may be a close second to delivering a terrible customer experience. Both are so bad that I started looking for alternative products because doing business with your company is so hard.

Four or five bad interactions with our team, plus a fulfillment experience that came close behind, is a pattern rather than a one-off, and it deserves more than an apology. I really wish I would have done my research, but I was blinded by their hype. I was so excited to try these gummies
I was so excited to try these gummies. They sounded soo good. However, they were horrible in EVERY way. Their return policy is a joke!! If the bag is open they will not accept return. And even then they make you jump through astronomical hoops! How in the world are you supposed to try them if you don't open the bag? If you hate the taste like I did because they have a super sour taste and a gritty gross texture you can't return them because the bag was opened. If they didn't give you any energy or ANY effect at all, which I experienced after choking them down, too bad, no refund for you because you opened the bag. If you broke out in hives and learned that you were highly allergic to them, once again, too bad, no refund for you because you opened the bag. Terrible product, terrible policy, terrible company ethics. I ordered three bags, one in each flavor and I spent close to $100 all for nothing. I ended up giving them to a friend and they hated them as much as I did. On one positive note, I ordered using my pay pal and because Bear Balanced didn't give me the free shipping that they promised, pay pal reimbursed me 13.28 Do yourself a favor- DO NOT ORDER THESE AWFUL GUMMIES!!

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING
Ive been using Bear Balances product for months. While i occasionally have small issues with delivery, those havent really been a big deal, and i have enjoyed the product. The most recent order never arrived despite my cc having been charged. Ive reached out them numerous times and been totally ghosted. They are clearly blowing me off, and there's no phone number to call that i can find. EXTREMELY disappointing. Needless to say i'll never order from them again, and neither should anyone else.

Avoid this company and product at all…
Avoid this company and product at all costs. I ordered and received them 28 days later. They are nasty. I tried to cancel my subscription BEFORE they shipped and they refused. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT OR SUPPORT THIS COMPANY

Hi Kelli, We hear you on the cancellation, and we're sorry the whole order went the way it did: a 28-day wait, gummies you didn't like, and a request to cancel before shipping that was turned down. The taste feedback has gone to our product team. To be transparent about how our subscriptions work, the terms, including the recurring billing schedule, are displayed directly above the purchase button at checkout before an order is placed. As a Shopify-powered store we are required to present that disclosure on every subscription order. There is also a way to handle changes without emailing anyone. Click the account icon next to the cart at the top of any page on our site, sign in with the email or phone number from your order, and pause, change, or cancel from there. Do not order from this company
Do not order from this company, it's been about 3 months and I still yet to get my package. It's says a label has been start and that was on March 11 and yet still nothing. I placed my order back in January and still nothing yet. They said it was in stock.

An order placed in January that still hasn't shipped by late March, with a label sitting unused since the 11th, is not acceptable, and being told the item was in stock only makes the wait harder to understand. There's no version of this where the delay is reasonable. We can't resolve an individual order through a public reply, but your review has been passed to our fulfillment team with the dates you gave so the hold-up can be traced, and to make sure this isn't happening to other orders from the same window. Suspicious
I placed my order, my credit card has been charged, and have NOT received my order. A shipping label was created but there has been NO movement. I’ve reached out to the company at their 2 email addresses, Instagram, and text. I don’t hear from them and the time I received a reply was to refer me to the second email address— there has been no response or genuine interest to ship the order that has been paid for.

A label with no movement behind it, and messages sent to two email addresses, Instagram, and text that went unanswered or were bounced from one inbox to another, adds up to an order that was paid for and then effectively ignored. That is on us. I placed my order for two months worth of your product February the first and today 3/18 I still haven’t received my order. I don’t think I’ve ever been more disappointed with a company than I am Bear Balanced

Ordering two months' worth in early February and having nothing in hand by mid-March would leave anyone disappointed in us, and you're right to say so plainly.
