Versatility
I found the swim suit top originally at Belk's but when I asked the sales clerk if it came in an 18, she said no. I was so disappointed. That night I decided to google the brand name and to my surprise I found the Beach House site and my swim suit top in the size I needed. I have received the top and am thrilled with my purchase. Thank you Beach House. You were great in customer service and shipping.

I was so impressed with the customer service, neatness of the packaging and fast delivery service.
This was the best service I have ever received from an online company. The swimsuits were on hangers and neatly packaged. You actually speak to representatives and not a computer greener acted recording. The delivery service was awesome. It is nice to able to choose ground or air service. Great experience and will be reordering again in the future.

I loved everything I ordered and I am keeping all of the items I purchased. Really love how they take care in packing, everything comes nicely on hangers and in plastic. Can't say enough about the quality as I have bathing suits I purchased in the past. Thanks for taking so much care with your products! Loree

I am so happy with my order. I ordered two swim suits and they are perfect!!! It is so hard to find cute swim suits for larger sizes but you all nailed it!!! Thanks!!

Never again
I ordered a 2-piece swimwear ensemble. The bottom half arrived with an illegible packing slip. When I called to inquire as to if and when the top half would be shipped, I was told "it should have been in the same box." ???!! The customer service rep assured me they would rectify the warehouse error by shipping out "another" top, which I am still waiting for. At this point, even if the top arrives and I don't have to dispute the charge, this entire experience was enough to make me not want to do business with a company as haphazard as this one again.

We quickly told them to send you your missing item. It was shipped that day and it is due to arrive today 2/24/14. We are so sorry that you had a bad experience with us. Great service delivered to your door!!!
My old bathing suit top fell apart, was able to get a top that matched in a few days, delivered to my door just in time to go to the beach. Will definitely shop here again. Once you get your size right , it is soooo easy.
