Bikes went missing, arrived broken & missing parts, & were weeks and weeks late. I’d NEVER recommend

Bike literally began to drop parts within a week. Front fender fell off and almost caused wreck. Attempted to contact company for support and possibly replacement parts ——like screws. No response and eventually very poor inadequate, half hearted response. The worst online purchase I’ve ever made. Customer service nonexistent. I’m done with this company.

I was charge for a bike I never rented!

The bike arrived partially assembled with the sticker applied upside down. Beachbikes sent another sticker but were not apologetic. I can’t see how they are well rated as a bike store. I waited for the back ordered bike happy to get it - it is a nice bike but the service was very poor. I ordered from them because of the reviews that they had excellent customer service. It’s a great bike but buy it at a place where you get a good price. It really does not make a difference given their lack of customer service. I went with Beach bikes because of their supposed exemplary customer service.

Bikes are cheaply made, IN CHINA! Go get a Schwinn and get a better bike cheaper.

Poor internal communications - unreturned phone calls - complete and repeated misinformation on delivery date - no show at retail - total confusion. The product is fine but I will never do any business with this firm again.
