Overall, the process for customizing and ordering my bike was pretty straightforward. Customer service responded in a fair amount of time to inquiries. Had a few hiccups in assembling the bike, but once it was done, I was, and am, very happy with my purchase.

Good customer service. When there was an ordering mix up they were right on top of the issue and communicated well so I knew what to expect. I didn't mind the wait because the team was so proactive and responsive in their communication. Love the bike!

Would have given five stars but the front rim on my bike was bent. My fault for not contacting Beach bike when I found issue after assembly. Should be a easy fix. Thanks for the beautiful bike. I love it. Easy to purchase and shipped on time as promised.
