Great Bikes, no problems with delivery.

I'm a woman in my late 60s I've had knee surgery and I needed a bike that I didn't have to throw my leg over the seat so I bought a bike online when I received it I open the box and knew it was not what I wanted so I call Beach Bike and I explain this to the customer service person and she knew exactly what bike would be perfect for me She gave me directions how to return ( put back in box and Fed Ex will pick it up from my house) and she sent the bike she suggested and I have been riding my bike every day with no problems. Perfect company, customer service and stylish bikes.

So impressed with my recent purchase. Bike arrived in perfect condition and was fairly simple to finish installing. Have had so much fun riding it around town. My wife was jealous so I’ll be ordering her a Firmstrong of her own from beachbikes soon.

My bike was shipped out promptly and well packaged. Very nice, well made bike. Comfortable for the kind of riding I like to do. I like the 3-speed, have wanted one for years, glad they started making them again. Reminiscent of the good old days when bikes were simpler. My only complaint is they were sold out of my first two top picks for color, so I decided to go ahead and take what they had. It's okay. Guess they're pretty popular.
