The bike is great, my daughter loves it. There was a little loss of communication between placing the order and the shipping time. Web page said 4 days, was more like 10 days.

Never wound up buying a firmstrong bike, refurbed my old bike and made it a 7spd for less than $100 worth of parts n paint.including new tires tubes cables grips &brake pads . Also added apehanger bars for style & my comfort..

Ordered 4 beach cruisers through beachbikes.com and they all came on time and were in good condition...i had a little trouble with the installation of one of the bikes right pedal due to the threading but worked it through and its tight.Other than that i recieved good quality bikes at a good cost.

Ordered a bike as a Christmas gift, was delivered in a timely manner and the bike was beautiful. Only reason for 4 stars is, the box was not wrapped or protected for a cross country shipping. The box was damaged, but fortunately the bike did not appear to have any damage. Bike had one area that had a paint run down the fender. Overall, the bike was easy to put together and looks sturdy and made will.

We purchased 2 bikes for primary use for riding on the beach in South Carolina outside Charleston. One bike arrived with damage to the rear wheel necessitating a trip to a local bicycle shop to replace the wheel and tire. Beach bikes did reimburse us for the cost of the replacement and repair. It was a very positive experience dealing with customer service in having the bike repaired. Both bikes have been solid and reliable on our beach travels since. I highly recommend beach bikes and would order from them again.

Bike is gorgeous and exactly as I ordered it. The 4 star rating is for the process of delivering it. Was promised it on a date and then I was told it was back ordered for another month which took me out of season because i had planned to bring it to my beach house. A lot of back and forth with customer service - I value my time so this was annoying. I was compensated a bike bell?!? Really? I don't even want to put a bell on my cruiser.

I love my new custom bike. It is beautiful. I purchased a beautiful bike bell for my husband's bike and my reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 stars was because this bell was a Christmas present. Someone decided to write, by hand, the contents of the envelope containing the bike bell. I didn't see the purpose of this hand written note. Unfortunately, my husband picked up the mail that day. It's not the end of the world, but it did spoil the surprise. Anyway, I DO love my new bike. Thanks.

Great bike for casual riding. My daughter loved it. I will be purchasing the same again soon because it was stolen recently.
