Had issues with the hub- delayed RMA and essentially cost me $70 at my local bike shop to resolve this issue. Didn't find them willing to help me with "open arms"-----

Very comfortable position, upright enough to keep back aligned. With handlebars as wide as they are, steering is touchy and hard to make a sharp turn. In order to be comfortable pedaling, seat is too high for me to touch the ground. I’m not as agile as I once was, so the bar between seat and handbar is too high. I enjoy riding, and will keep the bike, but probably wouldn’t have purchased if I’d tried it out.

When I picked up my bike I did not receive any paper work (instructions) about how to take care of the bike.

The bike isn’t that comfortable. I find myself lifting my shoulders causing tension in my back arms. Tried repositioning handle bars and seat . Just can’t get comfortable.

The process for ordering was great, but upon getting it all together there was a problem with three chain being too tight?? When putting together there was never any mention to have bike grease on hand :(. My boyfriend had to take the bike to the business..40 minutes from our location to have the chain issue fixed.. but the employees were very nice and took care of that problem. 2 months into having the bike the seat is squeaking terribly. Not going to take a 40 minute drive again to fix that.. we quill have to oil it to see if that works or get a new seat. :(

Yeah, a few parts were of questionable quality. I called and left 2 messages but never heard back

Poor Communication ..................I emailed them immediately after placing my order as i omitted the suite number for my delivery. I was never able to reach a live person nor did they respond to my inquiry. The bike was delivered, but no thanks to their customer service.

As much as I love the style of my bike, the quality is not the same as it was years ago. My kickstand continues to be a problem. It is small and cheap, even though my bike was not inexpensive! Very disappointing that it isn't the sturdy permanently attached kickstand as on some other models.
