We bought two bikes! We had them delivered to our house in Florida, meeting us there on our vacation. The timing got messed up but everyone was great and it all worked out just fine!! Ordering process was nice and easy. Our customer service person, I can't remember her name, treated me like I was the only customer that mattered! We love our bikes and look forward to our vacation in Florida so we can ride them daily!! Thank you!

They really are awesome! The first frame I chose was out of stock so they gave me a 15$ discount to use on a different one and then the purple tires I chose also ended up being out of stock but wasn't listed as so when I picked them so they threw in that free basket!
