I had an unpleasant experience with BeachBikes. When I initially ordered my bikes (one men's and one woman's), I was excited. The bikes come in different colors and the endless accessories were appealing. I was immediately charged for both bikes, however, I only received the one men's bike. This bike came with extremely wobbly wheels. BB said to have them adjusted and they would pay for it. When I inquired about only getting ONE bike (which proved to be difficult through email and phone conversations), I was told the women's bike was out of stock. I was upset because I had already been charged and my wife and I had an event we really wanted to participate in with our new bikes. After a month (supposed to be 3-5 business day shipping), I received the second bike, only to be surprised that is was a MEN'S bike! I finally found the right number to call (store location 310.320.4800) and talked to the manager at Beachbikes. He put me in touch with the right person to get my bike expedited. I've just received my wife's bike and need to return the second men's bike. Very frustrating experience, but I CAN say that BB was accommodating by reimbursing my shipping cost and gifting us a new bike bell. The overall quality of the bikes seems sturdy enough. The bright Orange that we chose is cool. I’d recommend BB, but make sure you confirm your order!

Messed up our order and took over two weeks to arrive. But, bikes arrived undamaged and were simple to assemble. Not sure if I’d recommend or not.

I was initially pleased receiving the bike, but had ordered a bike lock that never arrived and for which my credit card was charged. I called and was told it was ordered and would be coming without any commitment on when the lock would be delivered. After a month following receipt of the bike I still hadn't received it, felt I was getting the run around, asked that the lock order be cancelled and my credit card be credited. The person than offered to send the lock for free as an apology, but the lock never arrived.

Good service Very poor communications.

Never return phone call. Customer service does not something they provide. Any problem will be hard to resolve. But, Very cool to have a custom bike supplied that's simple to put together. Beach cruisers only.

Sale prices are good, shipping cost is very high

My husband ordered this bike for me and had many many problems. Wrong items shipped, wrong delivery dates, etc. Therefore, I cannot give a sterling review

Love my cruiser, but it is too heavy. Please make one that weighs 25-30 pounds and has more than 7 speeds?
