We wanted to change the handle bars of the beach cruiser bike after we had purchased it because my son found them to be uncomfortable for him and saw that the commuter bike had the ones he wanted. But, when I called I was told that they couldn't change them..My son has not ridden the bike since... I know it can be done and we were willing to pay to do so... So I will not be buying from them again.

Poor quality component and hard to return

Directions were not fully printed. The fenders are cheap and don’t sit right on the bike. The lack of clarity with the directions really was annoying. Finally our bike came with a huge dent on it! I would not recommend this company. Cost was too much for quality of bike

I purchased 2 (the 1st was stolen) Urban Man cruisers over the past few years. The 1st was fine, but the 2nd was non stop breaking rear spokes. i reached out and they sent out replacement spokes on 3 occasions, then finally send a replacement wheel. Unfortunately, the problem persisted and after spending $30+ a month (4 consecutive months) having my local bike shop replace the spokes I finally just sold it. I'm not sure if the geometry is poor or what but I there is no way that a cruiser being slow ridden around Houston should break spokes.

Upon arrival, the bike had minor damages and I immediately called the company. After sending them pictures and videos the day after I received it, they told me to take the bike to a shop to true the wheels and they would reimburse me; they would send me handlebars to replace the ones that arrived damaged and pay to have them installed; and send me the decals that they forgot to put on. I did the items on my end and sent them the receipts for $50 for fixing the wheels. Since then, I have never heard back from them or received anything in the mail.. I called them back and they said they would take care of it and never did. As such, I've decided to write it off and just keep the bike as is as I have better things to do with my time. So how is the bike? It feels like a decent used bike, which is a bit frustrating as I purchased a brand new customized bike. In addition to the problem with the wheels not being true, the decals missing and the handlebars being damaged, the bike was never tuned and I had to install the back rack myself, which I ordered as part of the overall package. In addition to truing the wheels, I paid my local bike shop to get the hub right and tighten various nuts and bolts that were loose. It's as though the bike was put together by my 10 year old. So no, I definitely would not buy another bike from them and am generally disappointed with the experience and product

I ordered a Firmstrong cruiser shown as in-stock on the website. I was given a tracking number which stated a delivery date. When the date past without a delivery I called the company. I was told the bike was out of stock and might be restocked in 2 - 3 months. I’m not sure why the website does not show current inventory.

I was suppose to get a girls bike, a boys bike was shipped. I said i would just keep it instead of dealing with the hassle of shipping it back! So as a “consolation” the woman I spoke with was sending a basket, a bell, a cup holder and a helmet. Still waiting for those too

I ordered my bike and was supposed to get it within a couple weeks. The model/color I wanted was on back order but I was willing to wait. The day after my projected delivery date I hadn't received the bike so called and was told the bike was en route. A few days later I still hadn't received the bike so called back and was told the specific color and model of bike wasn't available for a couple months.... What? The girl I spoke with offered to send me the same model in another color but at that point the damage was done. I was so disappointed because my first beach cruiser was from Beachbikes (when they had the store in San Diego) and it was stolen. I really wanted the same bike again but wasn't happy with my experience. I was refunded the money for the original purchase and bought somewhere else.
