The bike I ordered arrived in perfect condition, just as I'd ordered it! I absolutely love it- both the look of it and the way it rides. The only issue I did have was that the packing slip in the box with the bike indicated that both the bike and the fenders were part of the first shipment, yet the fenders didn't arrive until a few days later. Not a big deal since both got here safely, just a bit confusing. Overall I would recommend Firmstrong and Beachbikes without reservation!
