This bike is a dream. I bought the vanilla color and love the simpleness to its look, especially with the added leather details. I loved putting together my own bike! Who would have thought?? The instructions are easy to follow, and if I could give you any advice, it would be this: if it’s not fitting right, you’re not using the right nut or screw that they gave you, or you have the piece in the wrong way. I learned this the hard way with the front fender. I put it in the wrong direction and was wondering why nothing would fit. Let me try to save you any extra hassle that I can. If I could give any improvements on instructions, maybe showing more pictures of what the finished front should look like, or finished seat, finished detail of the bike. It gives me as the customer a sense of ease seeing that I got it right, or giving me a heads up if I’m putting something in wrong. Or even if you had a finished full picture of the bike I bought on the front of instructions manual. That would help too. Overall, wonderful bike and you definitely get your money’s worth!

I'm 60 years-old, and got a Firmstrong Chief 3-speed cruiser. I enjoy riding the bike around our development. The bike is easy and fun to ride, it makes me feel a bit like a kid again. Assembly was relatively easy. I had not found the assembly videos prior to assembly, but was able to assemble it with the printed instructions. I'm not a bike mechanic, and needed to purchase some metric hex wrenches. Had I looked ahead at the assembly videos I would have figured that out and had the correct tools in advance. I'm very pleased with the purchase, and highly recommend Beachbikes.

This is the second bike I have purchased from Beach Bikes. I live on the opposite side of the country from them. In both cases, the bikes have shown up in a short amount of time and in excellent condition. I love the story of the company and their service has been outstanding.
