It’s a beautiful bike but I’m a woman and you sent a mans bike. Thank God my husband can ride it. Linda Schoener

I found the bike to be wonderful but my only complaint is the front reflector was supposed to come with 2 washers to attach the reflector to the front of the bike. My problem is mine only came with one so I don’t have it.

Very Happy with my New Firmstrong Beach Crusier "Chief" Came as expected but with a dead mouse in the box. That's why only 4 stars.

Great bike for the price! Assembly was easy with the exception of a few missing nuts and bolts for the fenders but easily remedied by a quick trip to the hardware store. Will definitely purchase again from beach bikes!

Once we finally got the bikes, they were easy to put together and we are happy with them over all. Good value for the money. Our only complaint, is that we paid to have them assembled and that did seem to be a bit of an issue with you guys, figuring out who was going to do that in our hometown and then we finally ended up just saying forget it, and we assembled them ourselves and you refunded our money .

Great bikes. Somewhat complicated to put together. I did the single speed myself with no issues in a couple hours. I started my husbands 7 speed & had a few issues that he will tend to when he arrives back home from overseas. I had hoped when I ordered to have at least his bike if not both when he last visited, and expressed my hopes with the customer service, but each email fell on deaf ears it seemed. I was even willing to pay extra to expedite the shipping but no luck. Anyways, once assembled, rides nicely & I do recommend tightening everything after your first SHORT ride. Overall love my bike.

Awesome bike Came fast Nice return email from owner and founders secretary

These bikes are great. However, the only annoying thing is that on each of the four bikes we purchased, all of them had some issue with the threads and couldn’t get things screwed in properly. Other than that, they are fun bikes and ride well.
