I was really excited to find an affordable beach cruiser online! My ordering process was very confusing. I received an email saying my bike was shipped in delivered, however I never received my bike. The shipping information was misleading. I contacted customer service and they were able to notify my bike had actually not shipped that I would be provided another tracking number when it left the warehouse. After once again not receiving a tracking number several days after I was told I was I contacted customer service once again. This time I was given a tracking number. Customer service responses were timely and helpful, but I wonder what would have happened if I didn’t follow up. I finally received my bike 3 weeks after ordering. It was easy to put together, and so far I love it. I was disappointed my bike is more purple than pink. It doesn’t look anything like the pink color on the website.

The bikes are AMAZING!! and I mean good quality bikes.. I say that cause my husband and I own one.. and have had them for 4 yrs now.. with NO problems.. everything on them are still in good working condition. I have the watermelon one that I have NEVER seen anyone else with which makes it even better. I absolutely love my bike!! Now here is the not so good thing about Beach Bikes. They moved to a new location which is hell to get into on the weekends. I went on a Saturday and had to go back on a Sunday to purchase my grand daughters bike. I was not to happy about that cause it messed up a whole day of bike riding for us. The gate has a code but you cant get the code unless you call the store.. well that does absolutely NO GOOD if someone does not answer. A not so good system and a good way to lose customers. The ONLY reason I doubled back the next day is because I believe in their quality of bikes. Aside of that I am happy that I was able to get my grand daughter a good bike.. now we are owners of 3 Beach Bikes.

Bike arrived with minor damage and no response from beachbikes. I had to repair. Order the basics, anything more seems to be a hassle. Engineer never tried to contact me. I like the cruiser.

I didn’t not receive my full order for my bike! Delivered in a beat up box and didn’t have the basket with the other parts!

Finally after 3 1/2 weeks of purchasing my Firmstrong Men's Urban beach cruiser I finally received it. I also purchased the upgraded seat which did not arrive with the bike and I had to e-mail them to get it. Very nice riding bike, I love it. Tonight after being 2 1/2 miles into my longest ride on asphalt streets the rear tire started 'thumping' and then "BANG". The inner tube and tire are destroyed and I don't even have 10 miles total on the bike. I have e-mailed them about this and have yet to hear from them. The 3 speed shifter is also kind of iffy at times because it doesn't want to down shift when you need it to.

The experience was positive. The bikes were what I was expecting. They arrived on time at the location I requested Assembling the first one, the Urban Lady was very easy and had no problems. All parts went together nicely according to the directions. The second one, the Bruiser had a problem with the left peddle that I am concerned will make the bike unusable at some point in the future.The instructions indicated that the peddle needed to be screwed in counterclockwise. It was much harder to get onto the crank than the other 3. it felt as though it was too large for the opening. it finally caught , but I had to tighten with a wrench rather than by hand as with the others. After many turns as it became more an more difficult, I finally could not move it an further in. There are 4 threads exposed. If that peddle breaks at some point, it will render the Bike useless.

Bike rides great. A couple places with paint chiped

Out of true front rim but was replaced by beachbikes. Bike was inexpensive , I guess you get what you pay for. Wish I had purchased a better quality product.
