I have read all these great reviews about their customer service, so I was shocked when I have not been able to get them to respond to me quickly. Initially my bike didn’t ship and it wasn’t until I called they noticed the error. I also would like to return one bike to upgrade and the shipping label wouldn’t print for free within the 14 days and I have called and emailed and no response. Not great service at all and no one ever answers the phone.

I receive the 3 speed urban man bike. it was packaged well and appeared fine. However, when I went to install the front wheel, it didn't fit correctly, and I observed there was 1/4" slack in the hub. Fortunately I had the flat wrenches to correct this. Then, while riding , I noticed a popping and ultimately the nut holding the pedal hub assembly together popped off. Had to walk the bike home and figure out what was going on. Fortunately, I am mechanically inclined, as it was challenging getting enough threads to get this L handed nut back on. This was about 2 hours of unnecessary work, if there would have been some simple quality checks performed somewhere. Product seems nice (even though I haven't really got to use it yet) but, the quality of the so called pre assembly was unacceptable.

Another update on Bella Beach Bike I purchased recently. I did receive the missing box that contained the pedals, reflectors and handlebar sprocket. My husband continued with the assembly only to find the front two fender brackets were not included in the original main box the bike was shipped in. The back fender brackets were semi attached prior to shipping. I reached out to Claire (customer representative I was working with previously) on Saturday June 16, 2018 and have not received any response yet. I’m disappointed in the lack of quality control BeachBikes has. I would not recommend ordering online from this company.

When I ordered a bike for my child, it was never indicated upon ordering that the item was on backorder. It is now almost 1 month later and I still have no bicycle. I am very displeased with the initial communication and would have gone with another company had I known the backorder status beforehand.

The bike is great! Unfortunately the customer service experience was not. I custom ordered my bike online and prepaid. When I picked it up, they said they sold my bike to someone else and that I was now taking home a display bike that had been used for test riding. I was expecting a brand new bike since I paid the extra money to customize it.

I really don't like the bike. It's not a comfortable ride. I think it's too small for me.

Bike great customer service sucks balls...

Great bikes - one problem. The handle bars are solid rust in less than one year. On both bikes. Looks awful. I contacted the company and sent picture, but they didn’t handle it. They should have neen aware and they should have sent new handle bars. Just bought two new bikes from someone else.
