BeachbikesReviews of beachbikes.net

We just purchased our 4th Firmstrong bike from BeachBikes. We have always been pleased with BeachBikes and the Firmstrong bicycles. We will be purchasing our 5th bike in a week or two!

Beach Bikes is a friendly, professional and extremely helpful company. I do not have my bike yet due to some difference in the colors online so I had to send my first choice back. It was the Firmstrong urban lady in pink that turned out to be more lavender. Beach bikes arranged to have the bike picked up and returned right from my front door. Then I ordered a Six three zero Evry Journey in teal but read online that it was a gloss finish but the Navy was metallic so I wanted to make another change. So this is why I am still waiting for my bike. They answer their calls and send emails to keep me informed of the status of my order. I was also able to receive bike size advice from Rico from their retail store. None of the people at Beach bikes made me feel stupid for asking many questions or like they were doing me a favor by selling their bikes. They are awesome! All the staff at Beach Bikes were helpful and understanding. I think perhaps some of the color and paint finish details could be made more specific. I am disappointed that I still have to wait but they made it easy to facilitate changes and returns. I really have the feeling that Beach bikes wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. I highly recommend BeachBikes.

Bought matching sixthreezero cruisers for my wife and We love them. The service was awesome and we received our bikes within a few days and assembly was minimal. Thanks Beachbikes!

Awesome bicycle! Excactly what I was shopping for. The forever warranty is a great option. If you want a one speed beach cruiser that will satisfy your needs, call or go online and order yours now. You will be super happy!

This is our 5th bike from Beachbikes over the past 10 years. As my kids grow, we buy new bikes (size). Every bike has shipped on time and in great condition. Great service for any questions, etc. We will keep buying from Beachbikes!

Love the quality of the bikes. Look just like the photos. Pretty easy to put together.

Love this place, very accommodating and friendly. I got a sweet ride and accessories and i got to test drive the bikes until i found the right frame size for me, being that i am tiny it was hard find but beach bikes had everyting i needed. Thank you!
