We ran into a serious issue on the day of check-in and were suddenly at risk of not being able to travel. We called Kevin, our BCFlight agent who had booked our tickets, fully expecting voicemail, because 1. It was Sunday 2. That’s usually what happens with other agents 3. Also it was our first time working through BCFlight. Kevin picked up the call immediately. He understood the issue, reworked the ticket, fixed the problem, and made sure we could check in without any issues. No, It wasn’t a simple problem, which took us the longest two hours. But Kevin made sure we were calm and was completely on it. This is the kind of service you cannot get from booking sites or call centers. Kevin actually cares, actually answers, and actually knows what he’s doing. When things go sideways — especially with international travel, they sometimes do — he’s the person you want on your side. If you’re booking a flight and want peace of mind, flexibility, and someone who will show up when it matters most, Kevin White at BCFlight is it. Highly, highly recommend.

Excellent Customer Service I bought tickets from bcflights before and the service was pretty good. Therefore, I came back and asked to help me with tickets to Asia. Atlas Mavridis was very patient and accommodating with my keep-changing-requests. I would recommend Atlas and bcflights.

So far so good, first time using Canada Air , also what I’m not satisfied is i didn’t have an option to decline the insurance or the 3 choices given some doesn’t apply to my needs. Can someone call me if I can get better package or option.
