My agent, Reyna is the BEST! She makes everything seem less! I had to book a last minute trip for my daughter to Tokyo. She was so diligent, helpful and prompt! I’ve used her at her previous company. I FOLLOWED her to BC Flights. She’s THAT GOOD! 👍

Have been working with Ignat for over a year. Excellent customer service and great communication. They have access to prices that simply aren’t available online with the airlines directly. They are my go-to for international travel.

Quick , efficient service got me my booking sorted .

Agents attention to details.

Worked with Kevin White who was professional, courteous, and great listening skills. He followed up post purchase to ensure we are set for the trip.

Our representative, Michael, was efficient, knowledgeable and punctual. He made the transaction easy.

This was the easiest flight booking ever! And by far the best price. Great communication. Results and options provided in a flash!

Agent Owen Black from BC Flights was very professional and easy to work with to help book a business class flight in a hurry after my previous travel agency SkyLux Travels inadvertently cancelled my booking instead of rebooking for a missed flight on January 27th which caused major mess in our long planned vacation. I highly recommend Agent Owen Black and BC Flights for anyone for their airline booking.
