Outstanding service! My agent worked diligently to secure the exact flights I needed. His patience level is top notch, incredibly professional, and communicated clearly to make the whole process completely seamless from start to finish. I was initially nervous, but he did his magic and went out of his way to find the best deal possible. Highly recommend Lamar cause his the most lovely person ever

Eric went above and beyond to book our flights. He was responsive throughout the entire day and reachable by phone, text, and email. Personal and caring customer service !

Jay was very helpful. He Always get me right.

Excellent service! I found Rowan to be a delight to work with. He was responsive, prompt, personable, available, and seemed to care about crafting a good experience for me. I recommend him highly!

Rowan worked hard to get me what I wanted. Very happy with results. Travelers should be aware, though, that BCF seems to have no problem finding the lowest price through skip-lagging and most airlines are clamping down on that. Additionally, travelers caught doing it are vulnerable to consequences, including possibly having their bags sent to the final destination and penalties from the airlines. As soon as Roan made me aware that's how he got it I rejected the approach and he got me the next best, unquestionably appropriate deal.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience with BCFlights! As my wife and I prepare for our upcoming move to the Philippines, planning international travel felt overwhelming, but Julie A. made the entire process incredibly easy. She was knowledgeable, patient, responsive, and took the time to answer all of our questions while helping us find the best options for our journey. Julie went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Her communication was excellent, and I always felt like she genuinely cared about making sure our travel plans were perfect. It’s rare to find customer service this exceptional these days. If you’re looking for a travel agency that truly puts its customers first, I highly recommend BCFlights. And if you have the opportunity to work with Julie A., consider yourself lucky—you’ll be in excellent hands. Thank you for making this exciting new chapter in our lives start off on such a positive note! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We were looking for a good deal on some business class international flights and lucked into finding Sam Krol at bcflights. We got everything we wanted and saved a lot over the quotes from the regular travel websites!
