Over many years I have booked airline flights to the U.K. I have found British Airways to always be the very best. However, the service I received from your booking agent, Rowan Morrison, was exemplary.,He was well mannered, easy to speak to and extremely helpful in finding the perfect flight, day and time as well as fare, that suited me.
