Had difficulty accessing Bcengi in Spain even though we had recently used in Asia, Canada and Alaska. Tried everything before contacting Support. Had a few conversations and every team member gave excellent advice. Finally had to drop to a new E-sim (which they did and transferred credit) - excellent help and support - thank you everyone - have recommended to friends who travel abroad

Never used an eSIM so I was a little bit wary. Dead easy to set up and worked absolutely perfectly on a recent trip to Canada with coverage everywhere I went. Had a slight problem on my return getting into my account. This was entirely my fault but was guided through it by Aliaksandra on the customer services team. Responded quickly and was so helpful and patient, particularly with it being my fault. So pleased I chose Bcengi

This is a great alternative to other Esims for travel. No expiration and no country switching like others where you lose the $$ when you change countries or the time expires. A little tricky to get set up but great customer service!
