I purchased the esim but only realized that it would not work on my present phone so I installed it onmy wife's phone. And when I got to the US I purchased my new phone and had the esim service moved to that phone it took less than 2 minutes to have the phone working with the esim that was so great. Thanks a mil. I have used Bcengi for quite a while now. It is, by far, the best global data eSIM you can purchase. I only pay for what I use. It’s there as soon as I land in whatever country, no more rushing off to buy another SIM. Prices are local costs, none of this hyped up charges like other network providers. Billing is very clear and I can either set a top up threshold or leave manually. Either way the service is there even if you allow to go to zero funds, just manually top up. Customer service is perfection. No quibbles, just “help”. BUY IT, I DID AND NEVER REGRET!

Quick connection to a real person after the bot was unable to fix my problem. Then had a very efficient and patient Leisel solve my issue for me. Happy customer.

I thaught your product was what I needed to travel in several countries (China, France, Scotland, Germany, Switzerland, Spain, Portugal and Morocco). Everything worked perfectly in China and France, got to Scotland and nothing! Used Hotel WIFI to email Bcengi, had an answer within minutes!! and a solution that got me back on line shortly after! Then a backup email to make sure everything was ok! I am impressed!!!! Thank you, 😊 customer!

What an blessing to have found this international eSIM so easy to use. At first I needed some customer service help setting it up, they were wonderful even following me up via email to say my eSIM wasn't yet activated. But once it got going it was fantastic. I could choose the amount I wanted and was surprised at how little it cost me. I travel overseas very winter from Australia into Asia where it's warmer so I need a reliable and easy to use eSIM. I've used others in the past which are so expensive as they expire after 30 days and some are only for one country. This eSIM can be used throughout Asia and I think nearly world wide. I even used it in Aust just to try it out before leaving and to make sure it was setup properly. I've been in Thailand for two months and haven't even use $2.00 worth as I'm mostly using the WiFi where I live. This means when I go to Indonesia I can continue to use the same eSIM and the money rolls over every month till it's all used up. Which is reassuring as I'll still have some to use next year when I come again. Thank you Bcengi, I will certainly be recommending your eSIM to other travelers.
