I do not know much about the Bcengi card, I have only purchased it. I had problems with its setup, but I fortunately had great, great help from the customer support. Albi, the gentlemen who helped me, was very devoted and determined to get to the bottom of the problems. I appreciate him very much, great job Albi, thanks a lot, once more!

After I purchased the esim . I revealed that my sumsung A54 does not support esim. I called their customer service so good that they refunded my $25 the next day. I strongly recommend Bcengi esim to my friends

I researched available eSIMS and decided that Bcengi was by far the best for my upcoming visit to Australia. I opened an account and then found that my brand new OnePlus 13 mobile does not support eSIMS. My fault entirely. But I have to say that the customer services were the best that I have encountered. They refunded my $25 instantly, and without question. I recomend Bcengi without reservation on these grounds alone.

The very nature of this esim is rare if not unique in that whatever you have purchased is saved from trip to trip and doesn't go down the tubes like all other e-sims I have ever used. Now, that wouldn't be worth a lot of it didn't work, but it works flawlessly and the help at one's disposal is the best I've ever experienced. Upon landing for my first trip with their sim I didn't get online but the service assistance guessed that I didn't have the correct APN defined abs s.he was spot on. That fixed it. Then on a trip I bought a new phone and asked if the esim could be transferred to the new phone (which never happen with other companies). Bcengi service created a new esim with my remaining balance and I could install it in the new phone. It just doesn't get better than this. Highly recommended and thank you Bcengi for your product and support

Just been to Argentina, Uruguay and Brazil on a cruise. The Bcengi e sim worked seamlessly and I got very good internet speeds. $25 lasted me for the whole holiday When I needed help, Aliaksandra responded within minutes and was very thorough and caring. Brilliant! I used to buy Aeralo e sims for each country but won’t be using them again. I am planning to use them full time for my data at home as they seem cheaper than my local ISP
