I recently took an almost three week trip to the UK and a cruise to Norway and Denmark. The bcengi eSIM worked perfectly in all the destinations. It did not take very long for the service to connect each time and I almost always had 5G service. I only used it when ashore and not on the cruise. I was also very careful not to watch any videos so as to not use too much data while on the service. I normally would have paid around $20 to $30 with another eSIM, but with bcengi, I had a $10.00 credit and I only used $2.16 worth and have the rest to use on another trip as the funds don't expire. Their customer service is also very quick to reply via email.

Currently in Madagascar and couldn’t make Bcengi internet connection. Went to Bcengi customer support and after a short time trying obvious stuff (for them, not me!) through the Bot I was passed to Kent who was absolutely amazing. He spent an age very patiently and very clearly (I’m not particularly tech savvy) taking me through checks and adjustments including staying with me through a very long (Madagascar wifi!) iPhone software update until the issue was resolved. Incredible support and not just because of the positive outcome. These days all too often technical support can be rather mind blowing and not particularly empathetic but I am stunned and delighted by this experience, nothing less than exemplary. This experience will be a notable memory from my Madagascar trip and I will be inwardly smiling about it for the next three weeks. Thank you again Kent, you’re an absolute star. Perhaps the best outcome from this is that if I ever have problems with connections in the future I won’t hesitate to reach out for on line support. Bcengi are, for me, ten out of ten not just for this support but also for the fantastic offering of internet connection wherever I go without the hassle of unused eSIM balances or physical SIMs. Very pleased to have found you and thanks all round! PS after posting this review I was delighted to receive a full transcript of my technical support conversation by email so I can refer to it if I encounter similar issues in the future. Great idea.

Worked perfectly for me in New York City and upstate. Love the no expiry model. The customer service were excellent when I needed to transfer the service to a new phone. I will be recommending it to my friends and family. The rates are also competitive especially with no expiry.

Worked perfectly, just as advertised. Travelled to both Italy and Croatia over a 38 day period from Canada and as soon as we landed , we switched over to their Travel connection and it seamlessly switched over.

The help desk crew were so persistent in keeping in contact and making sure i got the service working. I think it could have been expedited if the name APN had been described as access point name I could have got there faster but allswell that ends well. 10 out of 10 for guiding a 67 year old through this. I travel to multiple countries for work and needed good connectivity. After looking at so many options I went with Bcengi. It worked fine in Japan, but did not work in Korea. I contacted their support team and got a Chat bot, but very quickly a real person joined the chat. Asya was quick, friendly and super helpful, offering great advice and detailed, step by step assistance. Even videos if needed. My problem was my phone, not the Bcengi eSim, and Asya helped get it sorted very quickly. This eSim does just what I need it to do, and the rates are much cheaper than I expected. I send photos and videos without considering the cost and I haven't had to top up my account in over 6 weeks. Highly recommend Bcengi. Thanks very much Asya.
