I have done a fair bit of traveling in the past year. Canada, Dubai, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Switzerland and the EU and my Bcengi eSIM had me connected before I got off the plane each time! Simply brilliant and incredibly good value. Install it once, toggle to it in your settings when you land and you are good to go. AND…. If you need support real Bcengi humans are never far away.

I am not confident with technology and was at a loss but Leisel from customer support was excellent she stepped me through installation and activation processes I was very impressed with the level of support she gave me and cant wait to use the card.It is fantastic that I will only pay for the data used and it does not expire I am travelling more in my senior years and only having to set up once is a real bonus. I will let you all know how the e sim holds up after my trip Thanks Leisel and Bcengi

I’m Completely new to the eSIM world But I chose Bcemgi for its versatility. I had a lot of questions and needed confirmation that it was working properly. They quickly answered my questions and confirmed it was all ready to work once I was in Europe. I also got an email of the transaction so I can go back and refer to it if I need to.

Unfortunately my phone was incompatible for the SIM card. subsequently I asked for a refund via Albi. The reply was instant and very courteous and I was able to get my refund almost instantly. Thanks to all for your help. Great customer service.
