I purchased a set of tires and they shipped me 3! Waited over 10 days for the 4th tired and they weren't inconvenienced a bit!! Then had a flat on my rear tire which they probably sold me junk. Tried to used road hazard and they tires weren't registered...huh?! I've never registered a tire for road hazard. Typical loop and copout to keep from paying for your shady tires. Customer service is a joke and they just want your money.

If you purchase tires from BB Wheels, watch out if there is any chance you need to cancel or return their tires. I ordered 2 tires on a Sun. evening. I emailed the customer service dept first thing the next morning and cancelled my order. Then, I called when they opened Mon. at 10am and cancelled it with Cassandra the customer service representative. She said she would take care of it. When I received emails that evening saying the tires were being shipped, I called immediately when they reopened Tuesday and their rep told me, it's too late. How could it be too late when I cancelled when they opened the morning after I ordered them? They charge a whopping 25% restocking fee and you pay the return shipping costs. Do not buy from them.

They charge 25 percent refund fee plus your cost of return shipping. Thats about 400 to return an 850 set of tires even if you ask them to flag it for return during shipping. This is absolutely unheard of and a horrible way to make money off of a customer.

Wheels came with boxes destroyed due to bad packing. Wheels require specific 90 degree valve stems which say they are not included in description,however three boxes had one stem in each and one was M.I.A. due to box being destroyed I’m guessing and must have fell out. I assume the warehouse that handled my order put the stems in there to save me the hassle of having to find the correct ones on my own. When I called customer service she said they sometimes have stems laying around and will put in boxes,then another time she said they accidentally got put in the three separate boxes! She said she would not send me one stem after spending $600 because they weren’t in the description and referred me to a part # and told me I would have to pay for one valve stem! Very petty and I feel like my business is not appreciated!!! Nevertheless,I have two other vehicles that I will be buying wheels for! NOT FROM BBWHEELS THOUGH! If one of my employees did not take care of a customer that spent any amount of money over a $2 metal valve stem she would be looking for a new job after this incident!!!

I order a set of rim and they took money out of my bank account then cancel my order and now feel like I am getting the run around on a set of rims or my money back so what do I do now

WARNING: DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS. They sold me junk TPMS sensors that aren't compatible with my car until some firmware upgrade for them comes out sometime in the future. I had these installed by my local tire shop... and my dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree 20 minutes later. 2 sensors giving complete wrong pressure readings and 2 sensors completely dead/not communicating with the car at all. Talked to BB Wheels customer service and they were COMPLETELY UNAPOLOGETIC and blamed it on the sensor manufacturer. They won't let me return the sensors because they were already installed despite that they wrongly recommended these to me and they DON'T WORK WITH MY CAR. This was for a new car and the car won't pass my State Inspection with the warning lights on the dash. I'm so screwed. They told me to go back to my tire shop in a few weeks and have them try again.... Which is GOING TO COST ME ANOTHER $150 from the tire shop on top of what I already paid the first time. They cost me hundreds of wasted dollars and weeks of wasted time. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS, THEY ARE GRIMEY AND DON'T SUPPORT THE PRODUCTS THEY SELL.

Company confirmed the wheels would fit prior to my order. The wheels do not fit. They are requiring us to jump through hoops just to return the item.

Bought 4 Black Rhino Fury wheels one came in damaged offer to keep the wheel for credit and they offered me $40 on a purchase of over $1900 ... poor customer service and the day I got the wheels and noticed damage they were closed for an event ...
