My first tire order with BB Wheels was handled very efficiently from order generation to order shipment. My problem was I only received one of the two tires ordered. The delivery was during a bad snow day and FedEx was missing one tire. I notified BB Wheels and they replaced the tire and shipped it promptly. I must give a compliment and thanks to Melissa in customer care, a true professional who made this correction happen. I plan on purchasing additional; tires in the future.

It was a little difficult trying to order . take your time and you will find everything . I did then the experience was great . They were right on top of everything they kept me informed on every event, and on top of that the wheels showed up 3 days early . They are truly about the customer thanks so much can’t wait to mount them up.
