BB wheels never shipped my item after a looong time. Look elsewhere first. If you still want to use them read the 90 plus complaints on Better Business Bureau site. Read the Yelp reviews. This was the most miserable order I have ever placed. Customer service is horrible. Staff attempted to commit insurance fraud with "Extend" tire road hazard insurance. Commercial tires are not eligible for road hazard. This did not stop them from trying to sell it. They said to lie and say the tires were for personal use. Dishonest seller.

Absolutely unbelievable. I manually entered my tire size and when put my vehicle info THEY changed my tire size to what they thought fit my vehicle. A day later we lost our home in Helene and couldn't check our email and now these people are charging us hundreds of dollars for return/restock. BUYER BEWARE! And the will not negotiate this RIP off with you. Do not use this company! *** to be FAIR i went on their site again and attempted to put tire size in same way and it happened AGAIN. It CAN happen and it did.

Bought tires didn’t get 15000 miles on bald gave them tire readings pictures know want me to send tires to Toyo in Wisconsin so they can decide if they will warranty are not then pay for shipping then if they will warranty pay to ship back new ones am I suppose to drive on rims till then I will not buy tires here again tires don’t just wear that fast I replaced just because I wanted all terrains last tire had on my vehicle way more miles no cupping weren’t wore out so I call bull I payed 629.12 dollars for 15000 miles

Do not trust any pricing on this company’s website. I, in good faith ordered four snow tires from BB wheels. They took my money, they set up the order, they sent me a shipping status, emailed me a receipt with a picture and price confirmation of the product that I would be receiving, and at the last minute I received a phone call saying that they and the distributor of the tire screwed up, and the product was no longer offered for the price that was agreed upon at purchase time. The price, in fact doubled. The choices were: take the tires at double the price or get a refund. This company’s inventory problem now became my problem. I am now reaching out to the FTC, BBB, the state attorneys office in Minnesota where this company is located, and my Vermont state attorneys office, as well as my senators, Peter Welsh and Bernie Sanders to shed light on these crooked business practices. If you advertise a product for a certain price and I, as the consumer purchases that product and is charged for that product, you need to deliver that product at the agreed-upon price. The company’s errors or bait and switch tactics should not become the consumer’s problem. As of this review, the company is still listing the product that I, in good faith purchased from them, for the same exact price which they agreed to sell them to me for originally. Just waiting for the next sucker, I guess. Shame on you! I am a senior on a fixed income that got suckered into a low discounted rate, in order to be able to drive safely in the snow, only to have the rug pulled from under me.

Sold me wheels that didn't fit (and damaged my new car) and are refusing to take them back and refund me. I am about to sue these lying, unethical and evil scum. DO NOT BUY FROM BB WHEELS

They send you what they want and then jerk you around.... get your tires local they not likely to take advantage of you...

It took 9 days to receive my wheels , 6 days after the tires came and they sent 5 lug for my 6 lug lug... I guess errors happen. However, to make this right I have to go out of my way to send the wheels back, then wait. No offer of any help with anything whatsoever. I said this on their Facebook and they Blocked* me........ DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY****** if I could give them 0 stars I would. Their idea of "family owned, customers first" is a load of bs... When whoever the loser is that replies to all these negative reviews, also explain why yall cowards blocked me from yalls Facebook page and will not allow my review on yalls page.... Yall will only allow the 5 star reviews . "wE aRe A sWeEt oL fAmIlY rAn BuSiNeSs" Address that in yalls dumb replies BBwheels. Blocking a paying customer on yalls social media is literally coward trash. Weak and pathetic how yall play with people's time and money. Rub yalls response on yalls chest . STEER CLEAR!!! DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY!! order from a reputable site! BB’s website and sales rep Nate said the wheels would fit. They do not fit and when I called BB an incredibly rude “customer service” person named Sandra immediately told me this is not their problem and that I could buy spacers from them. I emailed her proof of my convo with Nate and she didn’t care. She couldn’t even be bothered to spell my name right. This company could care less about selling you the correct product. Save yourself the hassle. Order from someone else!
