BB wheels sent me the wrong tire. They refused to send the right tire until I sent them the original tire for "inspection". They also refused to make up for their error in anyway, through compensation, coupon or otherwise. People make mistakes, but your customers should never have to pay for them. They were dismissive over the phone and represents one of the worse customer service experiences i have ever had.

I placed the order for a set of 4 TSW Wheels from BB Wheels and the next day they call me to tell me that they cannot ship because they don't have the wheels in stock and they will have to refund me yet I did not received the refund. I emailed them and they said they will forward it to accounting department to process the refund. Emailed again and they said they already refunded yet I still have not seen any refund. It's been a week since I paid still no refund. Customer service person was very rude. At first he tried to get me to buy another set of wheels at a higher price because the one I order at low price is not in stock. I asked him how could he list the wheels for sale when he does not have them in stock he said I need to call TSW as that is TSW fault and not his. I said I have nothing to do with TSW as I placed the order with BB Wheels and not with TSW. He said he will have to refund me so I can go buy the wheels some where else and just abruptly hung up the phone on me. I never had such a bad experience and with a company that treat a customer like this. They listed the wheels for $82 each free shipping when every where selling the same wheel s for $290 each. Total lie. I must be more careful the next time.

I am not a person to make reviews. I either have to be blown away by great customer service, or highly dissatisfied with the service. BB Wheels is terrible- plain and simple. I found them online while searching for Grille Guards and figured I’d give a smaller company a shot. They shipped me a damaged product and offered no resolution for it. When I received the product, I opened the installation box and components and immediately got to work to get the parts installed. Then took the grille guard out of the larger package and found 3-4 major blemishes on the product that clearly were not from transit. I photographed the blemishes before mounting the grille guard. Then I mounted the grille guard onto the mounting plates but did not torque the fasteners down because I knew I wouldn’t be driving the truck over memorial Day weekend, but wanted a safe place to leave the grille guard instead of leaving it resting on the ground. They tricked me and asked for several more pictures farther away. So I took the pictures and specifically showed the blemishes and they said that because the product was installed they had no way of proving that it wasn’t me who caused all the damage to it. Even though my original pictures clearly show it was not installed on the truck. They offered no help, no solution, Sarah in customer service basically told me that it’s my problem and I can stuff it. Needless to say, I contacted the manufacturer and sure enough I have a brand new replacement in the mail today. Be careful doing business with BB wheels. Highly unethical company!

Ordered a smittybuilt swing gate tire carrier. The decription says it comes with tapered bearings and a 5 stud carrier plate. It didnt come with either. Their answer...we told you it didnt come with the bumper. No kidding! This company is a joke. I also wrote a product review on their website which they removed immediately.

I order a set of rims and i have been contacting them on and off to make sure they will work got emails on rims that would work and found a set and type in make year and model to verify the fittings and then shipping tried fittings and it fit without mounting or anything so indont damage rims one already came in damaged installed and vehicle wouldn't move found out the rims is not the correct ones was stuck on calipers called them and been fight with them and they are blaming me for there mistakes not double checking especially it's off the list they sent me so they send me the right rims for the wrong vehicle and I'm paying for something that I cant use what con company took the money for there mistake will never shop here and I'm going to post it every where to warn everyone how this company runs

I bought rims for my son at Christmas. I sent numerous emails to Brandon letting him know all the information on the my sons truck before making the purchase. I EVEN sent a picture of the current wheels that show a 6 lug pattern. I continuously asked if the rims would fit, because I didn't want any problems. I was assured the rims would fit. However, they didn't fit. Apparently this tire company didn't know that Toyota had a 5 or 6 lug option. Also, counting is a problem because the picture I sent before I purchased the rims clearly showed 6 lugs. I advised this lovely company that the rim did not fit and I was assured something was wrong because the rim should fit, I had to go above and beyond to prove this. I had to take the rim back to the tire place and show pictures that the rim did not fit. Apparently, one rim will not be refunded to me because a tire was mounted on the rim. Well , golly gee, if you're going to advertise a family business you need to make things right. I don't care if the manufacturer won't take the rim back or not. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS FAMILY AGAIN!! EVERY.

BOUGHT 4 TIRES ONLY 3 SHOWED UP AND CUSTOMER SERVICE SAID WELL FILE A POLICE REPORT WE DONT CARE. DONT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE. VERY DISHONEST

Horrible customer service. They dont mount/balance their tire/wheel packages nor do they provide centric rings with their wheels (for free anyway). I arranged to have mine done at a local shop and the wheels caused a vibration. I returned to the shop, had the car aligned & tires rebalanced. The shop noticed a slight "hop" in the tire. When dealing with BB to get the tire replaced, they want me to pay another shop, with no reimbursement, to run the tire/wheel on a special machine before they request a replacement from the manufacturer w/no guarantee that they would. I'm already out more than the cost of a new tire!!
