Hi David. Our sincere apologies that you had to experience this perfect storm of poor service. We have since discontinued the services of the CEVA freight company. Having to rely on third-party freight can be a challenge sometimes. We strive to always give the best service experience possible and work with trusted partners. Unfortunately, there is sometimes a hiccup in the many shipments we create and for that again we apologize.
