Fast & Professional
My order was placed and delivered within a weeks time, very quick. I was a little worried how it would be shipped and if it would get tossed around like some typical delivery companies but I was impressed, the packaging was wrapped and delivered on a pallet, it was beautiful! The grill is awesome, easy to assemble and my new favorite appliance.

Part was exactly as advertised
It is a genuine Napoleon replacement part, just like the original. Fairly priced and shipped on time. Only negative feedback is it was shipped with a required signature, which is a PIA! Not sure why this happened for a $100.00 grill part. I would still order from BBQ & Grills again. Highly recommend.

Customer service was awesome
Customer service was awesome! I have an older model built in bbq so was finding it very difficult to track down the part I needed. I simply inquired with them and they were awesome with the follow up! I was beyond thrilled when they said I had what I was looking for. I received the item very fast and am delighted to be back to BBQing!
