Great communication over the phone, associate explained how and where they ship from in the US and all happened as promised/explained. Very prompt delivery with timely updates from the trucking company. Excellently packaged product - not just very well protected but even the packaging speaks premium product. And finally, a great grill: Napoleon Rogue 365 with Infrared Burner. The clearest instructions (printed and also available online videos) and most trivial install process I have encountered for any product that I have had to assemble myself. The infrared burner is phenomenal, justifies the purchases of the grill by itself. My first test with it resulted in the best steak I have made on any grill. Highly recommended.
