While this started out poor, the folks at BBQGrills.com did an excellent job. The shipping company that was supposed to be delivering my new Gas Grill somehow got the wrong number in their system, even though the Bill of Lading had the right phone number. This resulted in the shipping company not being able to deliver the grill. After multiple calls to the freight company, I reached out to the folks at BBQSGRILLS, and they were able to get them to get the right information. The grill was delivered later that afternoon. Great service by these folks. BTW, I put the grill together and it is awesome. Thanks, Dave

Great experience. I made a duplicate order but customer service caught this, verified before shipping, and suggested other options. Order was shipped quickly and delivery people went above and beyond by dragging pallet jack 1/2 a block to get to my garage due to low branches in the alley.

First of all they make the best grills I ever owned and that is in a 40 year span and the customer service is top notch, I ordered 3 rotisserie assoreries for my rouge grill and I’m very satisfied with the quality with all 3 of them. Save time looking for a well made grill theses are the best you will ever get.
