I ordered an Oklahoma Joe smoker in December 7, 2023. First given restock date January 2024. Given a different date in February 2024 then another date March 25, 2024. As of today now no explanation of a date at all. I have made several attempts to reach them by phone. Each time left messages to please call me back only response and calling me back was when I needed to ask questions about ordering a second smoker but that I would not order the second smoker until I actually had the opportunity to see and use the first. Once it was realized, I wasn’t going to purchase a second smoker at that time. I have not received another phone call or any information about my order. I understand this is a family owned business. Better communication would be helpful.

Really the worst customer service and lack of response in all my 75 years. Ordered a $1200+ Fuego Grill and it came damaged and noted the box damage on the signed receiver. They initially said they would work with manufacturer but said to file a freight claim nonetheless. I did that and sent all items require to freight company, Fuego Grills and BBQGrills.com. No response from anyone. I called freight company and they indicated it might take 3-4 months to resolve. In the meantime I have a large damaged grill taking up half my garage with no resolution in sight. Frustrated, disappointed and mad. I judge a company on how they handle adversity. BBQGrills.com gets a solid “F”. Good luck with orders you place with a company that has little regard for customer service.

Product was delivered damaged and useless. Have reached out to customer service and CEO over a dozen times and they are ignoring me.

I'm writing this review to warn anyone considering buying a grill from BBQGrills.com AKA "Malt & B Inc." My experience was an absolute nightmare, and based on the growing number of negative reviews, it seems I'm not alone. Deceptive Return Policy: Their website advertised a hassle-free return policy. This turned out to be a complete lie. The staff not only messed up on my order (which they admitted to over email) I even paid $100 to expedite the grill. They initially said they would refund everything and then stopped answering emails. Communication Black Hole: I sent emails to Ryan the CEO and was also in contact with Kaylee the manager. After weeks of them delaying and promising to get back to me "soon," my emails requesting an update went unanswered. When I finally got someone on the phone, they promised a manager would call me back within 24 hours. Shocker – never heard from them. Money Scam: Based on their own policy, BBQGrills.com owes me $600 for sending me a grill I did not request and ghosting me with their nonexistent customer service. Unprofessional and Overworked Staff: Kaylee the manager I spoke with initially actually complained to me about being overworked. Is that my fault? Shouldn't a company selling major appliances have enough staff to handle customer issues professionally? Absent Leadership: Trying to escalate the issue further was impossible. Ryan the CEO answered one email saying he'd get back to me and hasn't responded to any of the 4+ emails since. It seems they're happy to take your money and then disappear. Don't Be Another Victim: This company's bad reviews speak for themselves. Dozens of customers complaining of similar experiences – wrong orders, ignored requests, and stolen money. Don't be the next victim. My recommendation: -Read ALL the reviews before buying from BBQGrills.com AKA "Malt & B Inc." -Look for a reputable appliance retailer with a clear and fair return policy. -Take your business elsewhere! There are plenty of companies that value their customers and won't lie to steal your money.Home Depot, Ace Hardware often have the same EXACT grills for even cheaper. Some do price matching! I ordered a cover my grill week ago. The status has shown "Processing" "Will ship in 48-72hrs" for the past 5 days. They will not answer phone calls or reply to emails. Save your time and money, don't buy from this scam site. Update: After commenting on one their Facebook posts (one that claims what great reviews they've recieved from customers) that 20% of their reviews on Trustpilot are 1 star or less, and telling of my own experience with them, I was blocked from that page in less than 10 minutes. I sent CEO Ryan Maltbie, a colorful message detailing my opinion of him and his fraudulent company.

The website says order ship with 72 hours of the order. This is NOT true. It has been seven days since I ordered and the order status says it will ship within 72 hours still? I have called three times and only get a recording. No one will call me back. I would never order from them again.

I wish I could give zero stars. They accepted my order, charged my credit card the full $1100 order total and promised shipping within 24-72 hours. Day one was Saturday so I gave them Monday as day one to be fair. Thursday, it was still processing so I called as any way you count it, 72 hours had passed. No one answered, just a recording, but it let me leave a message. Within a few hours, I got an email saying they did not have the item to ship out and no ETA was available. Really? I demanded a refund and the response was to inform me that it would take 48 hours to receive the refund. So I wasted all of that time for nothing, I don’t have the merchandise, and they get to use my money for free all of that time. BUY FROM THEM AT TOUR OWN RISK!!!

Order was placed 3months ago. One item I received on time. The other has yet to arrive. Customer service tells you what you want to hear but have yet to see tracking.
