Like so many things in life true greatness is not defined by what happens when things go right, but by what happens when things go wrong. I would never have expected to be in direct contact with the CEO of a company going way out of his way to make my experience purchasing and receiving a beautiful Weber FS38-S grill as good as possible. But that is exactly what Ryan Maltbie did. When a shipping situation arose that was beyond his direct control he did not hide behind the kind of delay tactics other companies use. Instead he personally reached out to me on a Sunday informing me of the situation and offering generous amends. That is an owner who takes business pride to heart -- practically a lost art in today's faceless, value-engineered world. Thank you, Ryan. And thank you also to Robert Watson who was very helpful in facilitating solutions.

Bought a grill with 10-21 day ship date, then after 30 days they changed it to 8-10 weeks. No one behind the phones. No response to voicemail and emails. Charging back through my bank. AVOID. UPDATE: How can bbqgrills respond to all these positive reviews as soon as they are posted but not my emails or cant answer their phones???? I think this company are a bunch of scammers.

I can't say enough good things about BBQGrills.com They had all the parts I needed for my BULL bbq. I had a small issue with my order and was contacted immediately to let me know that the correct part was on its way by overnight delivery. They kept their word. They will be the only source I go to for all my bbq needs.

We ordered an Everdure pizza prep station from BBQ Grills.com. Price was excellent. Had a bit of order confusion but Ryan got on it and stayed with it until we got delivery. We appreciated the attention. Unit arrived and assembled easily. Overall a good experience and purchase!

Having purchased my grill I was concerned as I read a number of negative posts about long delivery times, delayed orders, delayed refunds and lack of communication p st sale. My experience has been the complete opposite of this. Ryan, the CEO, has been nothing but supportive and super responsive. Each time I made contact and raised my concerns I got prompt and accurate responses. I took delivery of my grill today exactly as I had been advised. I echo what others have said about fraudulent shipping claims by bbq grills.com. After not getting the promised shipping tracking info after my April 30 purchase, I called and was told it would come. Never did. After that, no one picks up the phone at customer service. I write an email-nothing. Finally 2 weeks after purchase a human answers the phone and emails me a tracking number. Tracking indicates a label had been created and estimated delivery date of May 15. May 15 comes and goes and no delivery and no promised communication from shipping company. Fast forward to May 21, I have the email address from my contact at BBQgrills and write him that if I don’t at least hear something about where my grill is in the next 48 hours, I’m canceling my order. He writes back that I should connect with the shipper’. I wrote back that I paid them for the grill and it is their responsibility to make sure their product was delivered. Hearing nothing after that, I called my credit card company and reported this as fraud and they reimbursed me. My theory is this: the grill I ordered was not available at other reputable sites—was on back order. But bbqgrills said it was in stock. This is clearly a lie, but in order to remain true to the shipping guarantee on their website, they make it appear as if something shipped. I have no doubt this is a functioning business but they are not an honest one. Never again.

Never received the grill that I paid for. BBQGrills.com sold me a smoker for $500+ in November 2023. They charged my credit card on the day of the sale and they did not indicate on my order that the product was on back order. I never recieved a shipping notice or any other form of communication from them other than my original order confirmation, so I checked every single month for a shipping date. Finally in April 2024 they when I checked my order status, their web site said it would ship in 10-14 days. It never did. Then I tried calling but they never ever ever answer their customer service phone, so I had to email them 3x over 2 weeks, to get someone to respond. Then they told me they cannot fullfill my order and they would refund my credit card. They hold my $500+ in funds for 6 months and that was it. No product and 6 months worth of interest charged to my credit card. Cost me $55 in credit card interest and nothing in return.

I purchased two items based on their claim that they will ship within 24-72 hours from date purchase. After the 5th day and no shipping communication, I called them to find out the status. I was told that they likely had shipped out, but could not provide the tracking numbers and couldn't tell me anything else. I called the 6th day, and got the same response, I called the 7th day, - same response. It's now the 8th day and nothing! They essentially lie on their website and there customers reps are no help.
