Ordered a $139 charcoal box for my blaze kamado in sept. Was promised to ship in 2 weeks. No contact so I emailed and called to find out it was on backorder. Waited another 5 weeks and then called to cancel the order (Nov 2024). Was promised a refund in 5 business days. I've emailed 7 times and called 3 times and they just move me to different staff and "can't explain" why no refund. It's now 10 April 2025 and STILL no refund. This company is fraudulent, and we should strongly consider a class action lawsuit to get refunds given the number of people they have lied too, failed to provide refunds too and committed multiple acts of outright fraud. Bunch of liars and thieves with no integrity whatsoever! I have sent my order number in at least 6 emails and your staff continue to deflect and pretend as though its out of their hands. Shell game? Blatant fraud. Sure here it is one more time....BBQ-24-34617. Im sure my refund will be here anyday now. I've only been waiting since Oct 2024!!!!

I WOULD NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS IF YOU HAVE ANY OPTION WHATSOEVER. I ordered a RH Peterson fireplace insert from them, I inadvertently ordered a propane gas insert, when I had intended to order a gas inser. After quite a number of calls with their helpline, I shipped it back at my own expense. I wrote on the outside of the Original box. I did not have the outer box that it originally came in.. The bbqgrills team refused to work with me on a refund, including with a restocking fee due to having written on the outside of the box I proceeded to contact the manufacturer, RH Peterson, to ask if there was anything they could do. They told me that they would be happy to work with BBQgrills on managing the situation with a restocking fee or something along those lines. I was happy to hear this, as this is not a low-cost item and the propane unit does nothing for me. BBQ grills initially was OK with this proposal, but then once the CEO was made aware of this, he personally rejected this option. I left him a voicemail to discuss with him, he never returned my call. The people on their helpline were very understanding and had no issue with what I was requesting, but they were overruled. I went back to the manufacturer and let them know what happened to give them a feedback on one of their suppliers What is funny as I got a standard letter from this CEO Ryan Maltbie, talking about how they are enjoying spring and baseball with the family, blah, blah, blah, and asking how my order was and if I had any feedback or needed any help😀. Absolutely unreal, I took the time to write him a reply. I would be surprised if I hear anything back. AGAIN, BRUTAL SERVICE WOULD NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WHATSOEVER. THEIR WEBSITE IS REALLY NICE AND ALL, BUT THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS LIKE CRAP.

These positive reviews are fake. This is a bad company and will cheat you out of your money. believe the countless reviews of people who were cheated and did not get their money back. DO NOT BUY FROM BBQ GRILLS!

BBQGrills has a wide variety of indoor and outdoor appliances for a broad network of manufacturers. Finding what I wanted - a Scotsman under-the-counter Ice Machine - to replace a 20 year-old one was fast and easy. Within 24 hours of my order, I received an email from a Customer Service representative providing me details on my order, when I could expect it, how it would be shipped, etc. They also proactively provided updates when the order was slightly delayed due to supply issues on Scotsman's side. There was constant, proactive outreach by the BBQGrills team which seems VERY rare these days.

This is the way companies should be run. Professional in every way and responsive to requests. I loved working with them and I adore my Primo grill!!
