BBQGrills.comReviews of bbqgrills.com

You have to love a family owned business vs. the big box or shipped from overseas. Communication on shipping was not great, but my order for my Solaire mount and case arrived in about a week. It was packed well and everything arrived as advertised and in great condition. The best thing is I can now use my Solaire grill on my boat and tailgating. The Solaire mounting try is easy to put on, strong and built of the same stainless steel as the grill - so no corrosion and rusting like I might get with a custom made mount.

I had a problem ordering my grill due to maintenance to their website. The owner personally reached out to help me with my purchase. I had a great experience.

We ordered a firepit from BBQGrills near the end of August, and were informed a few days after placing the order that our item was not in stock and would not be until November. Obviously, we were not happy about this, but BBQGrills reached out to us with an offer of A) a refund, or B) an added discount if we were willing to wait for our item to come in. I offered a third solution, which was to purchase a similar product that was around the same price (slightly MORE expensive). BBQGrills was happy to accommodate us, and did not charge us extra for the replacement item, effectively giving us a generous discount in order to make things right. We were impressed with their service, their willingness to right a wrong (the site should have told us the original item was OOS), and the speed with which they shipped the replacement item.

Terrible customer service , they took my money and now have held me hostage for a month now and no idea or information as to when I may receive my order . Cant track and no effect to refund or make issue right ? Won’t use them again .

As soon as my order went in Briana proactively sent me an email introducing herself and letting me know she would be available should i have any questions. I did have a discount code that i couldn't find a place to enter during the order process so i inquired about it. Briana was quick to respond and apply a credit for the discount. I also asked some questions about shipping and the were great at being responsive and helpful. Even down to the shipping. When it arrived the drive called ahead to make sure i was going to be there, then let me know again 5 minutes before he arrived, and finally he helped me carry the grill to the back of the house to the outdoor kitchen. Great service all around!

Similar to other reviews. On July 1, 2025, I placed (and paid $149.00 for) an order for a simple grill cover that showed "in stock and ready for delivery". On August 14th, I sent an email asking where my grill cover was. I was told there was a 2 week lead time on the order. It was already 6 weeks at this point, but they said it would ship in 2 weeks. On September 9th, having not heard a thing, I sent another email asking where it was or if we should just cancel the order. I heard nothing back. Today I disputed the charge with my credit card company and was refunded the money immediately. Avoid this company.

BBQGills.com is a scam company. They do not sell grills, they steal money. 10 calls to customer service went unanswered and they stated that they did not have our address. They are scammers with a beautiful website.

This company took my order and my money and has not fulfilled the order. There was no communication from the company and when you call them they can’t explain. Now I have a charge on my credit card and no response from the company. Buyer be ware
