This company took their time with each and every step of the process - they were patient with my requests and changes throughout- and in the end the final product was better than I’d imagined. 🥰 such a unique and fun gift. Wonderful quality, and the artists are skilled in capturing the individuality of their clients.

The doll was not what was represented on the website and not what I paid for. The likeness was poor. It was supposed to have a cap, which would have covered the hair that was done wrong, but they forgot to put the cap on. Their attitude about that was "we missed it". I asked about sending me a cap but was told it would not fit since it was made separately. No attempt whatsoever was made to make this right. Finally, I got a response. After several back and forth emails they finally offered to remake just the head at a shipping cost to me of $20, mind you this is to correct their mistake. They never offered to remake the doll, only the head, and it will be up to me to remove the first head and install the second head without breaking the doll, and I am sure if it breaks they will say it is my fault. In all of our correspondence they never offered to replace the doll despite what their response says. Overall, a very unsatisfactory experience. By the way, the new head with the cap looks more like a construction workers helmet than a baseball cap.

Hello Louis, It's challenging to create just a cap and send it to you. We can either remake the entire head with the cap or create a new bobblehead if you're not satisfied with the one you received. Please contact customer service, and we will handle this for you. We value each customer's experience and strive to provide excellent service and products.

Fantastic lifelike bobble-heads Thank you Nicki and all the team at Bbobblehead. What an amazing job you made of wedding bobble heads you made for my son’s wedding. The accuracy of their features is amazing. I can’t thank you enough. No request was a problem and I made MANY requests during the making process. The regular updates and proofs were great so that I was able to watch the process and ultimately I got the best results. I would recommend this company if you want a professional and perfect bobble head for your occasion. I have been recommending them to everyone.

Bbobbler is great. I ordered quickly with a photo. They reached out to me several times to make sure they were creating what we wanted. It was great and our employee loved it. The resemblance was incredible

if I could give 0 Stars this would be the time!!! Even with extra cost for Rush and promised getting Product for Retirement Party within 3 weeks I finally got the Bbobbler after over TWO Month !!!!! and it's NOT how I wanted it!!!!$ 140 LATER.......NEVER AGAIN!!! #11468 the same changes were requested numerous times and mostly ignored from Zephyr and it took over a week to just respond to my email from her!! Go look at the conversations we actually had and the bobblehead she wanted to send me, which was not even close to the Picture I submitted!!

We apologize for the negative experience. After double-checking with Zephyr, who is following up with your order, we see that you chose the rush option in order. However, due to many changes you requested during whole production, the process has taken much longer than usual. When Zephyr first sent the proofs to you, she mentioned that the changes might require additional time during this busy season. We value every customer's experience with us and are committed to improving our product quality and customer service to provide a better experience. Thank you for your understanding.

What a great experience. This was a super rush job for a departing co worker to hit a party deadline. My photos weren't that great, but Bbobbler's artists nailed it. They even made my deadline two days ahead of time. Would recommend this to anyone.

Outstanding experience! They produced 4 bobbleheads for me. They were not satisfied until I was satisfied that it looked like the individuals. Most importantly the recipients loved them. One said it was his most favorite gift he’s ever received. I would highly recommend them as a company.
