I ordered a doll, round 1 went well the head looked good. Round 2, they didn't have the base I ordered. Finally said they can refund me, they did - $20.10 short of what I paid.

OMG! BBOBBLER is fantasic. I wanted a wrestling bobblehead for my grandson for Christmas. I went on line to BBOBBLER and chose one of the figures, attached a photo of my grandson and it went from there. They asked if I wanted the pose I chose or another pose. I asked if they could replicate his wresting photo and they said, absolutely. They contacted me every step of the way to make sure what they were preparing was good or if changes were needed. I had made some changes, which they happily changed what I needed or wanted. They sent the final proof and i was blown away. I received the bobblehead 12/9 and again blown away by the talent. I showed everyone at work and they could not believe it. I provided them with their website and told them they would not be disappointment. I CANNOT WAIT TO GIVE THIS TO MY GRANDSON FOR CHRISTMAS. I most certainly be ordering more.. Everyone in my family will be getting their own bobblehead. I only wish I could attach my photo and the actual bobblehead creation. THANK YOU BBOBBLER...

I had an amazing experience working with them. I had a really custom job for a funko bobblehead that I thought nobody would be able to do. I submitted the photos and they were happy to help and assured me of their quality. I cannot stress enough how patient they were with me. We went through so many revisions and they were professional and kind. Never made me feel bad for asking to edit the figure in any way. The service is top notch and the end product was amazing. It may be a bit pricey, but I think it is totally worth it for the quality of the product and the service they provide. Highly recommend!

I got a bobble head of my boss, looked just like him, he was delighted, now I ask for that raise

This is an excellent company to do business with. Very professional and the quality of their product is outstanding. Customer Support is very prompt with communication and they take pride in making sure that "little details" are included. Price for an 8" bobblehead is very reasonable. Highly recommended for anyone looking to have this kind of product made for them!!!!

I recently purchased a custom bobblehead figure for my wife, featuring her in a football jersey alongside a cool cat. The entire experience was fantastic, and I couldn't be more pleased! From start to finish, the seller was incredibly communicative. They kept me informed throughout the process, ensuring that every detail was just right. Their responsiveness made me feel confident in my purchase, and it was clear they genuinely care about their customers. The bobblehead itself is amazing! It perfectly captures my wife in her jersey, and the addition of the adorable cat next to her adds a delightful touch. The craftsmanship is impressive, with vibrant colors and intricate details that truly bring the figure to life. It's a unique piece that my wife absolutely loves! When the initial proofs didn’t match her picture or the colors on the cat were off, they immediately fixed them. Given the quality and personalization of this bobblehead, I found it to be very reasonably priced. It offers excellent value for anyone looking to give a thoughtful gift or add a special item to their collection. Overall, I highly recommend this seller for custom bobbleheads. Their dedication to customer satisfaction, combined with their ability to create high-quality products at a great price point, makes them stand out. I will definitely be returning for more unique gifts in the future!

My experience with BBobbler was excellent! The designer communicated with me throughout the whole process. I ordered a sports bobble head with my husband’s face and we were both very pleased! We loved it! Thank you for the amazing likeness and excellent quality! ❤️

I'd like to compliment the artists and artisans who created my boyfriend's bobblehead. It's so detailed and perfect. We love it. Furthermore, big shout out to the customer service you provided: I've been contacted after the first creation to confirm the booblehead was as I wanted. They have accommodated my request to add a little nose piercing, and helped me with the cross-country delivery. The package was carefully packed, so that the bobblehead was protected during the trip. What more can I say? From the art to the assistance, everything went smoothly. I'm really satisfied and happy.
